The Process

Each project begins with a scoping phase, during which your initial requirements are defined. We then do a technical design. Our development process is based on Agile methodologies, so we work in iterations. Each iteration starts with an evaluation of the previous one. Testing can be done in various ways, depending on your needs.

The Development Team

Our development team is based in the UK. Your project will be taken care of by:

• A project manager
• A software architect
• An analyst
• Software engineers - all of our PHP developers are Zend Certified Engineers (PHP 5) and on average have over five years of experience in PHP
• A software tester
• A graphics specialist, if required

Development Locations

Development projects can take many forms, depending on your preferences and the nature of the project. We prefer a mix; when working at our own offices, our developers are surrounded by skilled co-workers that can help each other out if necessary. Post-Implementation Support

When your project is completed, our dedicated Support Team will take over. The team is responsible for maintenance of existing projects, which will ensure that new projects and existing applications do not conflict over resources. You can always rely on receiving the best possible service.
