Discovery

During the discovery phase, we will analyse your business and technical requirements, and conduct interviews with all key individuals in the project: business sponsors, developers and end users of the future system.

The deliverables of this phase include:

• High-level technical architecture
• High-level functional design
• Wireframes
• Project plan

After this exercise, you will have a clear understanding of what different stakeholders expect from the system, as well as the risks and limitations involved. You will also be able to define your budget and allocate resources to the project.

Migration/Build

We work in sprints, allowing you to see a part of the system ready after each iteration. When your CMS is built by the PHP experts, you can rest assured it meets the requirements of modern mission-critical applications. We believe the only way to do things is to do them right the first time – this will minimise the need for maintenance after the project has finished, and provide you with a stable, well-performing application.

New CMS

When your new system is ready, we will ensure you are fully equipped to use it. We will conduct training sessions with end users and technical staff, and make sure you have the required documentation to take over the system yourself. As a result, you will be in control over your system, and your internal staff will feel confident working with it.

Ongoing Support

Our 24/7 support and application maintenance services will guarantee your mission-critical applications will be taken care of in the event of a breakdown. We will work with you to tailor a bespoke support package, consisting of a web-based ticket system, telephone support, proactive technical management, security monitoring, and more. Adding new features or updating existing ones will happen flexibly, without burdening your own development team.
