Comment: New Top-Level Domains Soon Available

Icann has agreed to allow new top-level domain names and to increase the number of possible URLs. The initiative will solve a lot of the current problems with domains; especially the new geo domains (such as .sco for Scotland) will give some room. As for the commercial ones (such as .travel), we do not believe them to help too much, as big companies will need to acquire all of these domains to prevent competitors from buying them. In addition, if the .com is already taken, companies are not likely to purchase a domain with one of the new TLDs.
