i7 Framework for System i gelanceerd!

De afgelopen weken zijn we druk bezig geweest om alles in gereedheid te brengen voor de lancering van ons nieuwste product: i7 Framework for System i. 26 en 27 september was het dan eindelijk zover: tijdens de System i Expo is het product gelanceerd. ATK is nu ook beschikbaar voor de IBM System i machines.

PHP for IBM i5: how to control your library list from PHP

When building applications on an IBM i-series platform you probably want to use the DB2 database. Zend Core for IBM i-series supports this database since the db2_ functions were introduced. These functions allow you to use the DB2 database like you would any other database, but lacks the support for manipulating librarylists. It turns out this is possible by using the i5_ functions.
