Having started up in July 2007, we now employ 50 staff in the UK, and have operations in The Netherlands and Italy, totalling 100 employees across the group. We are Web Application Development professionals, specialising in Open Source technologies.

We are now looking to add another Sales Executive to our sales team, due to continued business growth.

Operating as an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities will lie with demand generation and outbound sales activities with medium and large UK enterprises interested in Open Source technologies. The role involves qualifying prospects (including inbound leads), developing new business opportunities, and assisting with closing business according to mutually agreed targets. You will work in a buddy system with a field sales representative.

Package: OTE up to £35,000, dependent on experience


What we are looking for

Professional characteristics

  • Familiarity with software development life cycle at enterprise level, as well as open source technologies, is mandatory
  • Experience in telemarketing / telesales / demand generation, with a desire to move to Inside Sales
  • Excellent relationship-building skills
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities

Personal characteristics

  • Assertive and goal-oriented with high personal drive, integrity and energy
  • High degree of organisation
  • Computer literate
  • A graduate degree preferred
  • Able to commute daily to our offices in central London
  • Eligible to work in the UK
